Second: Return and Replacement Policy - For your safety, personal care products, dental products, and cosmetics are not subject to return or exchange after opening or use, according to the applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia. - If the product arrives damaged or there is an error in the order, contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order, attaching clear photos of the issue. - The purple warranty only covers products listed on the warranty page on the website, and the conditions specified at the time of purchase apply. - The warranty does not include shipping or preparation fees. Third: Medical Responsibility and Usage - Product results may vary from person to person depending on the nature of the teeth and usage. - The method of use indicated on the product must be followed, and overuse should be avoided. - CSmile store is not responsible for any misuse of the product or any allergies resulting from non-compliance with instructions. - It is recommended to consult a specialist if there are issues with gums, teeth, or allergies. Fourth: Payment and Intermediary Stores - When paying via Tabea, Tamara, or any other intermediary payment provider, the responsibility for installment processes, bank refunds, or delayed payments lies with the service provider. - CSmile store submits the refund request to the intermediary, and the refund period is subject to the policies of the payment company. Fifth: Communication and Customer Service - Customer inquiries are received via WhatsApp or the store’s official communication channels. - Customer service hours are specified on the official website or the store’s accounts.
